The awards may be over, but there’s still plenty to celebrate!
This year, The Padded Seat Awards 2025 really upped its game; with never seen before behind the scenes content to brand new categories, we’ve gone to town on celebrating the very best in hospitality and premium ticketing.
Spread out over a three-week window, we’ve uncovered the very best, from Non-League Heroes to Golden Standard and everything in-between, from 90 visits during 2024/25.
Kicking things off was Best Non-League Food, sponsored by Piglets Pantry, which St Ives Town triumphed after beating off competition from Whitehawk and Lewes.
1. FC Kaiserslautern then claimed victory in the Best Atmosphere category before Manchester United & Marriott Bonvoy won Best VIP Features.
Next up, it was Best Value which was clinched by CD Castellón from LaLiga 2, just before Aston Villa scooped the Service Excellence prize.
The Best Design award was won by Newcastle United’s WINGS, then Broxburn Athletic from the Scottish Lowland League succeeded in the Non-League Heroes category.
Over to East Lancashire and Blackburn Rovers who thoroughly impressed and ran out winners of Best Food & Drink before the NFL’s Seattle Seahawks secured the Best Global Experience title. Topping the Hidden Gems category was Lewes FC and their impressive beach huts.
Then, it was time for the two biggies. After a public vote, The Padded Seat fans chose Slough Town as Followers’ Choice winners, and the illustrious Golden Standard award went to last season’s Premier League champions Liverpool for their fantastic Founders Lounge.
Congratulations to all shortlisted clubs and, of course, the winners. For a full breakdown of the runners up and winners, click here.
We’re already looking forward to our 2026 Awards which will be bigger and better, but until then, where shall we go for the next padded seat? Let us know!
