We had full VIP access on matchday, spending most of our time in the Eichbaum Lounge but also exploring three other lounges (included with the ticket). Price accurate as of January 2026.
Food & Beverage
Wide-ranging buffet spread with both Mediterranean dishes and hearty German staples. Fresh salads, hot mains, and plated desserts available pre-match and at half-time. Coffee, beer, and soft drinks flowed freely - decent quality and plenty of it. Dedicated stations made it easy to help yourself without long waits.
The Padded Seat
Access to centrally located unpadded seats in the Haupttribüne (Main Stand). Easy to nip back into the lounge if needed - entrance was right by the seating area.
Hospitality Experience
The Eichbaum Lounge had a more casual, beer-hall feel, with high tables and a sociable atmosphere. Other lounges included pitchside access, making it easy to step out and enjoy the matchday atmosphere.
Service
Buffet-style food service with self-serve drinks, and staffed open bar. Staff were helpful and present - no formal table service. Lounges had staff on hand to clear tables and keep everything tidy and topped up.
